We are bringing more than 20 years of M&A advisory experience.

Team - Mohamed ElAmin Director
- Mohamed has more than 19 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity transactions, feasibility studies and transaction services.
- Mohamed is currently a director at Istithmar Advisory – with principal focus on Egypt and the MENA region. Prior to that, he was a director at Arc and Prime capital, During his time, Mohamed assisted several healthcare and education providers and real estate developers raising funds for their expansion plan through IPOs and private placement. He also advised several private equities on target potential acquisitions. Before joining Prime, Mohamed led the establishment of real estate Shariah compliant fund in Saudi Arabia and participated in remarkable fund-raising mandates for, healthcare, telecom and dairy companies in Saudi Arabia. He also has prepared financial feasibility for numerous healthcare project in the kingdom from a private equity perspective.
- Mohamed also worked for KPMG in Dubai for 3 years, during his time with KPMG in Dubai, he participated in several restructuring mandates for the Dubai government, DIFC and other key institutions in the UAE. Mohamed also worked for KPMG and PwC in Egypt during the period from 2006 to 2010, during that time, he worked on remarkable merger and acquisitions and buy side mandates in the MENA region.
- Mohamed was awarded his Masters of Business Administration (“MBA”) from Warwick Business School in the UK in 2017, he is also a Certified Management Accountant from the USA and CFA Level III candidate
